TJ has been leading teams for over 30 years and driving the profitable growth of a small to medium market companies for more than half of that time. Starting his career in 1991 with a state agency, he focused on automating engineering functions to achieve an efficiency increase over 200%. In 1995, migrating to the financial institution space, he oversaw the technology integration of 10 acquisitions and ultimately became the SVP of Backoffice Operations at a Fortune 20 firm by 2006. Wanting to focus on smaller size companies, TJ transitioned to VP of Sales for a regional business technology firm growing their revenue over 300% in the first year. During his 11 year tenure his teams maintained a 98% customer retention rate year-over-year ending with a successful sell to a VC firm. In 2017, he took his business knowledge of sales, implementation, people and product management to a small technology firm where he was instrumental in increasing the company's bottom line by 58%.
He is happily married to his wife for almost 30 years and the father to two amazing adult children. TJ enjoys traveling, building "things" and volunteering for various organization as a Board Member or helping where he can. He's most passionate about serving others and sharing the Good News.

Sold the firm to his employees for $1 Million, a return on capital of more than 800%.
Executive Trainer, Author, Publisher
Founded The Coaches’ Coach and trained more than 1,300 independent and franchised business coaches in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Australasian markets.
